1. Brief and quote
You send the quote form with what you advertise, where the ads run and where leads should go. We look at your current ads and the page they open, then reply with questions or a written quote that lists the pages, the form, the tracking and a target launch date. Nothing starts until you accept it.
2. Match sketch
We draw the ad, the page and the lead side by side, like the drawings on the samples page. You check that the headline matches the ad, that the form asks for the right things, and that leads go to the right person.
3. Design on a phone first
Most ad clicks come from phones, so we design the phone layout first and the desktop layout second. You see both with your logo, colors and real photos before we build.
4. Build and test leads
We build the page on a preview address, connect the form, install the tracking tags and send test leads. You confirm they arrive where they should, in the format your team can use.
5. Launch and tracking check
We publish the page on your domain, and you or your ad manager point the ads at it. After the first real leads come in, we check that conversions show up in your ad accounts and that campaign details travel with each lead.
What you own
| Item | Who holds it |
|---|---|
| Domain and hosting | You, in your own accounts |
| Page files, copy and photos | You, once the project is paid |
| Ad accounts and tag manager | You; we work with access you can remove at any time |
| Leads and form data | You; they go straight to your inbox, phone or CRM |
What sets the pace
Most delays come from approvals and from access: logins to your site, your tag manager and your ad accounts. If you gather those early, the build moves fast. If a campaign starts on a fixed date, put it in the brief and we'll plan around it.
