Lead capture forms

Forms short enough that people finish them, with the details your team needs to call back and quote the job.

Every field has a cost

Each extra box on a form gives someone another reason to stop. A name, a phone number and a ZIP code are often enough for a first call. Ask for the job size, the address and three photos up front, and you'll get fewer leads, though each one comes with more detail. Which way to lean depends on your trade and how your team works, so we decide it with you before we draw a single field.

Form layouts we build

Short form

Two to four fields on the first screen. Good for urgent jobs where speed matters more than detail.

Step-by-step form

One easy question first, such as the service or ZIP code, then the contact details. Good for quotes that need a few facts.

Booking form

Picks a day or a time window and drops it into your calendar. Good for tune-ups, cleanings and inspections.

Photo upload

Lets people add pictures from their phone camera. Good for repairs you'd otherwise have to see before pricing.

Small details that matter

  • The right keyboard on a phone: a number pad for phone and ZIP fields, an email keyboard for email
  • A button label that says what happens, such as "Check my ZIP" or "Book an inspection", in place of "Submit"
  • Error messages next to the field, in plain words, that keep what the visitor already typed
  • A thank-you page that confirms the request and says when to expect a call
  • Consent wording for calls and texts, so you can follow up the way customers expect

Where leads go

A lead that sits in an inbox nobody checks is a lost job. We send each submission where your team works: an email to the office, a text to the person on call, a row in a shared sheet, or a new contact in your CRM or field service software where it has a way to receive them. Campaign and keyword details ride along, so you know which ad brought the lead in.

Keeping junk out

Paid traffic attracts bots and spam. We add hidden traps and quiet checks that real visitors never see, and we can reject ZIP codes outside your service area before the form is sent.

Questions

Can you fix the form on my existing page?

Yes. Often the fastest win is a shorter form and a clearer button on the page you already run, before building anything new.

Do the forms work with my CRM?

Many CRMs and field service tools accept leads from a web form or through a connector. We check yours during scoping and tell you what will sync and what stays manual.

Paying for clicks that don't turn into calls? Tell us what you advertise, where the ads run and what happens after someone fills in the form.
